Apple Cinnamon Smoothie Bowl

1 granny smith apple
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1. Slice granny smith apple into wedges, removing core.
2. Place in a blender with almond milk and maple syrup, and puree until smooth.
3. Add oats to a bowl. Pour apple mixture over. Mix well and serve.
