Pumpkin Oat Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 Cup of Whole Wheat Flour

  • 1 Cup of Quick Oats

  • 2 Cups of Almond Milk

  • 15 oz Can of Pumpkin Puree

  • ½ Cup of Stevia

  • 1 tsp of Baking Soda

  • 2 tsps of Baking Powder

  • 3 tbs of Maple Syrup

  • 1 tbs of Cinnamon

  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

1.       Preheat oven to 350 ⁰F

2.       Grease 2 muffin tins with cooking spray

3.       Combine flour, oats, stevia, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon in a mixing bowl

4.       Mix in pumpkin puree, maple syrup and milk

5.       Distribute mixture evenly into muffin tins

6.       Bake for 35-40 minutes or until browned
