Swiss Chard Stock
Time: 2 hours 30 minutes Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 2 hours 20 minutes Servings: 12
12 cups of water
2 yellow onions
3 celery stocks
1 bundle of red chard
Roughly chop onions, carrots, celery and chard.
Place chopped ingredients into a large pot with 12 cups of water
Bring to a boil
Let simmer for 2 hours
Let cool and strain liquid into a large boil.
