Swiss Chard Stock

Time: 2 hours 30 minutes Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 2 hours 20 minutes Servings: 12

Ingredients

12 cups of water
2 yellow onions
3 celery stocks
4 carrots
1 bundle of red chard

Directions

  1. Roughly chop onions, carrots, celery and chard.

  2. Place chopped ingredients into a large pot with 12 cups of water

  3. Bring to a boil

  4. Let simmer for 2 hours

  5. Let cool and strain liquid into a large boil.
