Whole Wheat Fluffy Pancakes
Time: 30 minutes Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes Servings: 4
2 cup of whole wheat flour
1 cup of stevia
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tbs of baking powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl together until batter is smooth.
2. Heat a skillet on medium heat and spray lightly with cooking spray.
3. Portion out approximately two tablespoons of mixture evenly into the pan. '
4. Cook until browned on each side, approximately 2-3 minutes per side.
