Classic Overnight Oats

Classic Overnight Oats

Total Time: 8 hours and 5 minutes Prep Time: 5 minutes Passive Time: 8 hours Servings: 1

1/2 cup of quick oats or rolled oats
1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tsp of maple syrup


1. Place oats and almond milk together in a tupperware or covered container. Make sure that oats and almond milk are mixed well.

2. Place sealed container in the fridge overnight or approximately 8 hours.

3. Remove from fridge and stir in maple syrup.
