Meal Prep Series

Happy 2019 everyone!

It’s that time of the year where everyone is hitting the gym and working on getting into a healthy lifestyle after the holidays.  To start off the new year, I wanted to announce that Live Grow Green will be doing a plant-based meal prep series to help you with your 2019 fitness goals.  You’ll be getting 3 recipes a week from us on great-tasting, vegan-friendly meals that are healthy and great to take on the go.     

Why Meal Prep?

My journey to health and fitness is the exact reason that I switched to a plant-based diet, and the results are the reason that I’ve stuck with it so long.  However, even while eating animal products, meal prepping was a corner stone in my fitness routine that helped me achieve my weight goals.  Being able to control what’s going into your food and how it’s being cooked is a huge factor when it comes to health.  Of course, meal prep also helps to eliminate some temptation if you’ve already put the time, effort and money into your food.

Plant-Based Meal Prep

For those of you who are just starting your fitness journey, it can be intimidating to not only start meal prepping, but also a plant-based lifestyle.  Just take a deep breath.  Each of our recipes will walk you through the process step-by-step.  For you seasoned veterans out there, I hope this provides you with some new alternatives to add in to your current plan.
