Rosemary and Thyme Roasted Potatoes
Total Time: 1 hour and 10 minutes Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 1 hour Servings: 5
1 24oz bag of washed two-bite potatoes
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Halve potatoes and place into a glass baking glass baking dish.
Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with black pepper and fresh rosemary and thyme. Mix to coat potatoes evenly.
Place uncovered into oven for 1 hour, flipping potatoes after 30 minutes.
Serve immediately or portion into tupperware.
