Rosemary and Thyme Roasted Potatoes

Total Time: 1 hour and 10 minutes Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 1 hour Servings: 5

Ingredients
1 24oz bag of washed two-bite potatoes
Rosemary
Thyme
Black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Halve potatoes and place into a glass baking glass baking dish.

  3. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with black pepper and fresh rosemary and thyme. Mix to coat potatoes evenly.

  4. Place uncovered into oven for 1 hour, flipping potatoes after 30 minutes.

  5. Serve immediately or portion into tupperware.
