Vegan Dark Chocolate Chip Muffins
Total Time: 35 minutes Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 25 minutes Servings: 10
1 cup of whole wheat flour
1 cup of vegan cocoa powder
1 and 1/2 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 cup of stevia baking sugar
1/2 cup or vegan chocolate chips
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1. Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease a muffin tin.
2.Mix flour, cocoa powder, milk, sugar, baking powder and baking soda together until mixture is smooth and well blended.
3. Fold in chocolate chips.
4.Portion mix muffin tins.
5.Bake for 25 minutes or until completely cooked through.
6. Let cool for approximately 15 minutes and enjoy!
