Vegan Mozzarella Sticks
Total Time: 20 minutes Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 5 minutes Servings: 4
4 slices of vegan cheese (I use Violife)
1 cup of panko
2 tbs of garlic salt
1 tbs of parsley
1 tbs of basil
2 tbs of sunflower oil
In a large flat bowl, mix panko, basil, parsley and oil.
Fold or chunk cheese into long rectangles and press panko mixture into cheese until it is well coated.
Heat a skillet to medium high and lightly coat the bottom with oil.
Gently place mozzarella sticks into pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
Remove from pan and let cool for 10 minutes
