Chickpea Cutlets

Chickpea Cutlets

Total Time: 30 minutes Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Servings: 4

Ingredients
2 cups of cooked chickpeas
3 tbs of soy sauce
1 tbs of vital wheat gluten
1 tbs corn starch
1/3 cup of nutritional yeast
2 tbs of water

Directions

1. Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until mixture is smooth. Let sit for 10 minutes.

2. Heat a large frying pan on medium-high heat and drizzle with oil.

3. Form 4 equal sized patties and place into frying pan. Cook for approximately 5 minutes per side or until each side is golden brown.

4. Serve immediately or portion into tupperware.
