1 box of chickpea pasta
3 cloves of garlic
3 oz of sunflower oil
Red chili flakes
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add in pasta. Lower to medium high heat. Cook for approximately 20 minutes or until pasta is done fo your liking.
2.While pasta is cooking, heat a skillet with oil to medium heat.
3. Mince garlic and chop shallots. Add to oil.
4.Cook garlic and shallots for 5-8 minutes. Remove from heat and add red chili flakes. Set aside until pasta is done.
5. Once pasta has been strained, combine pasta and oil, mixing it to create an even coating.
6. Let sit for 5 minutes. Serve immediately or portion into tupperware.
