Vanilla Whole Wheat Pancakes

Total Time: 30 minutes Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 25 minutes Servings: 5

1 and 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour
1/2 cup of stevia baking sugar
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tsp of vanilla

1. Heat a small skillet on medium high and spray with cooking spray.
2. Mix all ingredients together and portion out 2-3 tablespoons of mixture into the pan.
3. Cook until browned and cooked through on each side, taking approximately 2-3 minutes per side. Repeat until all pancakes are cooked.
4. Serve immediately or portion into tupperware.
