Vegan Hot Fries
Total Time: 1 hour and 10 minutes Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 1 hour Servings: 5
5 washed red potatoes
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of chili powder
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Chop potatoes into wedges by chopping each potato in half vertically. Then chop each half into thirds.
3. Placed potatoes into a glass baking dish and drizzle with oil. Add paprika and chili powder and toss until potatoes are evenly coated.
4. Bake for 1 hour, flipping potatoes after 30 minutes.
5. Serve immediately or portion into tupperware.
