Green Goddess Panini

Green Goddess Panini

Total Time : 15 minutes Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Servings: 1

2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 slices of vegan cheese (I use Violife)
1/2 cup of baby spinach
1/4 cup of fresh parsley
1/4 cup of fresh basil


1.Preheat a pan to medium heat and grease with non stick cooking spray.

2. Dice baby spinach, parsley and basil finely.

3. To build panini, place one slices of cheese on the top and bottom slices and add greens mixture to the bottom slice. Combine top and bottom slices.

4. Place panini in pan and cook for 5-10 minutes, flipping once each side has turned golden brown.
