Balsamic Grape and Red Onion Bruschetta
Total Time: 30 Minutes | Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Cook Time: 20 Minutes | Servings: 1
1/4 cup of red onion
1 cup of red grapes
2 tbsps of balsamic vinegar
1. Mince red onion and slice each red grape in half.
2. Heat a medium sized frying pan to medium heat and add red onion and grapes to pan. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
3. Saute for approximately 20 minutes.
4. (Optional) To serve, place balsamic grape and red onion bruschetta on top of your favorite bread for an easy snack.
