Classic Roasted Potatoes

Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 1 Hour Total Time: 65 minutes Servings: 4


  • 24 oz bag of petite red potatoes

  • Sunflower oil


1.       Preheat over to 350⁰F

2.       Wash petite red potatoes and chop each potato in half

3.       Place halved potatoes in glass baking dish or baking tray

4.       Drizzle and mix well with sunflower oil

5.       Bake for 30 minutes uncovered

6.       Flip potatoes and bake for another 30 minutes uncovered or until golden brown
