Vegan Banana Strawberry Overnight Oats

Total Time: 8 hours and 10 minutes Prep Time: 10 minutes Passive Time: 8 hours Servings: 1

1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 banana
1 cup of strawberries
1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk


1. Place oats and 1/4 cup of almond milk in a container and mix well. Seal and leave in the fridge overnight.

2. When ready to serve, add half of a banana. 1/2 cup of strawberries and 1/4 cup of almond milk to a blender. Puree until smooth.

3. Pour mixture over softened oats. Use the remaining half of the banana and strawberries for garnish.
