1/2 cup of rolled oats
3/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1.5/3 cup of strawberries
1.5/3 cup of blackberries
1.5/3 cup of raspberries
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1. Add rolled oats and 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk to a container. Mix well, cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. When ready to serve, add 1/4 cup of almond milk, maple syrup, 1/3 cup of strawberries, 1/3 cup of blackberries and 1/3 cup of raspberries to a blender. Puree until smooth.
3. Pour smoothie mixture over oats and garnish with remaining berries (approximately 1/2 cup)
