Vegan Buffalo Tempeh Wraps
Total Time: 30 Minutes | Prep Time: 15 Minutes | Cook Time: 15 Minutes | Servings: 2
8 oz of tempeh with flax seed
1/3 cup of vegan buffalo sauce
1 tsp of cornstarch
2 whole wheat tortilla
1/2 cup of shredded lettuce
Optional: extra vegan buffalo sauce to taste
1. Place tempeh in a bowl and crumble. Add in 1/3 cup of vegan buffalo sauce and cornstarch. Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes.
2. Heat a medium sized frying pan to medium heat. Add in tempeh and saute for 15 minutes or until tempeh begins to brown.
3. Remove form heat and let cool. If meal prepping, portion into tupperware.
4. When ready to serve, portion tempeh in the center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce and extra vegan buffalo sauce to taste.
