Over the past few months, I’ve seen a lot of people trying to go vegan or plant-based, wondering what to cook or what people actually eat on a day to day basis. In reality, most people eat completely different things depending on what your daily routines are and of course if you have goals (like weight loss/ weight gain) associated with what you’re eating. So, there’s really no one answer.
