Buffalo Chickpea Tender Wraps

1 cup of cooked chickpeas
1 tbsp of vital wheat gluten
1/4 cup of vegan buffalo sauce
5 whole wheat tortillas

1. In a blender, combine chickpeas, vital wheat gluten and buffalo sauce and puree until smooth. Let sit for 10 minutes.

2. Heat a large skillet on medium heat and drizzle with oil. Form 5 tenders with chickpea mixture. Add to frying pan and cook for approximately 5 minutes per side.

3. Set aside and let cool. Portion into tupperware.

4. When ready to serve, reheat chickpea mixture and add to tortilla.
