Ingredients
10 carrots
2 ttsps of dried dill weed
1 lemon

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

2. Place peeled carrots into a glass baking dish and drizzle with a small amount of oil and the juice of 1 lemon. Sprinkle with dill weed.

3. Cover and bake for 1 hour, flipping carrots after 30 minutes.

4. Uncover and allow to cool.

5. Portion into tupperware.
