15 large carrots
1 tbsp of ground oregano
1 tsp of garlic salt
1 tsp of black pepper

1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

2. Skin carrots and place into a large baking dish. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with oregano, garlic salt, and black pepper.

3. Bake for 1 hour.

4. Remove from oven, let cool and portion into tupperware.
