Pumpkin Pecan Bread

Ingredients
2 cups of whole wheat flour
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup of baking stevia
2 cups of pumpkin puree
1 tbsp of baking powder
1 tsp of baking soda
5 oz of pecan pieces

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a deep, rectangular baking dish.

2. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

3. Pour batter evenly into baking dish.

4. Bake for 45 minutes or until dough is fully cooked.

5. Remove from oven and let cool. Slice into 10 equal pieces and portion into tupperware.
