Pumpkin Spiced Cashew Pudding

2 cups of cashews
1 tbsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of ground cloves
1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tbsps of maple syrup

1. Add cashews to a medium saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and reduce to medium high heat. Cook for 20 minutes. Strain and let cool.

2. Once cashews have cooled, combine all ingredients inside a blender and puree until smooth.

3. Portion into tupperware.
