Three Bean Chili

Ingredients
6 cups of vegetable broth
1/2 cup of dry black beans
1/2 cup of dry kidney beans
1/2 cup of dry great northern beans
20 campari tomatoes
3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 jalapenos
2 tbsps of oregano
1 tbsps of black pepper

Directions
1. Add 6 cups of vegetable broth to a slow cooker.

2. Rinse black beans, kidney beans and great northern beans and add to slow cooker.

3. Dice tomatoes, shallots and jalapenos, and mince garlic. Add to slow cooker.

4. Sprinkle in oregano and black pepper and mix well.

5. Cover and cook for 6 hours.

6. Portion into tupperware and let cool.
