Ingredients
10 red potatoes
1 tbsp of tumeric
1 tbsp of black pepper

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

2. Slice each potato into thin wedges. Place into a baking dish and drizzle with oil and sprinkle with tumeric and black pepper.

3. Bake for 1 hour, flipping potatoes after 30 minutes.

4. Remove from oven, let cool and portion into tupperware.
