Coffee French Toast (Vegan)

Total Time: 30 Minutes | Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Cook Time: 20 Minutes | Servings: 4

Ingredients
1/2 cup of cold coffee
1 cup of oat milk
4 slices of whole wheat bread
1 tsp of cornstarch
2 tsps of vegan butter
Maple syrup to taste

Directions
1. In a large shallow bowl, combine cold coffee and oat milk. Mix well.

2. Dip in 4 slices of whole wheat bread.

3. Sprinkle each side of bread with 1/8 tsp of cornstarch and spread evenly across each side.

4. Heat a large frying pan to medium heat and melt 1 tsp of vegan butter.

5. Add bread to frying pan and cook for approximately 5 minutes per side, or until each side is golden brown. Repeat until all slices are cooked.

6. Drizzle with maple syrup, serve and enjoy!
