Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge

Total Time: 1 Hour and 20 Minutes | Prep Time: 5 Minutes | Cook Time: 1 Hour and 15 Minutes | Servings: 12

Ingredients
20 oz of vegan chocolate chunks
3 tbsps of peanut butter

Directions
1. Add vegan chocolate chunks to a small pot and melt on medium heat for approximately 15 minutes, or until chocolate is fully melted. Stir frequently to avoid chocolate from clumping.

2. Add melted vegan chocolate to a square baking pan and spread evenly. Freeze for 30 minutes.

3. Remove from freezer and top with peanut butter. Spread evenly over chocolate.

4. Freeze for an additional 30 minutes.

5. Remove from freezer and cut into 12 equal squares.
