Vegan Pesto Chickpea Flatbread

Total Time: 50 Minutes | Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Cook Time: 40 Minutes | Servings: 4

Ingredients
2 cups of bread flour
1 cup of water
1 cup of basil
1 cup of cooked chickpeas
3 cloves of garlic
1/8 cup of sunflower oil
Optional: basil for garnish

Directions
!. Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a baking pan.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and water. Kneed dough well and let sit for 5 minutes.

3. Add basil, chickpeas, garlic and sunflower oil to a blender and puree until mixed well.

4. Spread dough evenly along the bottom on the baking pan. Top with chickpea pesto mixture.

5. Bake for 40 minutes.

6. Remove from oven and let cool. Serve immediately.
