Vegan Mozzarella Sticks

Vegan Mozzarella Sticks

Total Time: 20 minutes Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 5 minutes Servings: 4

Ingredients

4 slices of vegan cheese (I use Violife)
1 cup of panko
2 tbs of garlic salt
1 tbs of parsley
1 tbs of basil
2 tbs of sunflower oil

Directions

  1. In a large flat bowl, mix panko, basil, parsley and oil.

  2. Fold or chunk cheese into long rectangles and press panko mixture into cheese until it is well coated.

  3. Heat a skillet to medium high and lightly coat the bottom with oil.

  4. Gently place mozzarella sticks into pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.

  5. Remove from pan and let cool for 10 minutes
