Total Time: 40 minutes Cook Time: 30 Minutes Passive Time: 10 minutes Servings: 2
1/2 cup of cashews
1/3 cup of vegan chocolate
1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1. Add water and cashews to a sauce pan and boil for 20 minutes. Strain and let cool.
2. While cashews are boiling, add chocolate to a small sauce pan and cook on low heat until all chocolate is melted. Set aside.
3. Add cashews, chocolate and almond milk to a blender. Puree until smooth.
4. Add mixture to a sealed container and add to freezer for 10 minutes. Transfer to refrigerator or serve.
