Total Time: 3 Hours | Prep Time: 2 Hours and 15 Minutes | Cook Time: 45 Minutes | Servings: 10

4 cups of bread flour
2 packets of active dry yeast
1 cup of water
2 tbsp of sunflower oil

1. In a small bowl, combine 1 cup of bread flour, 1 packet of active dry yeast, and 1/2 cup of water. Mix well. Cover and let sit for 2 hours. Note: You can make this portion up to 24 hours in advance.

2. Preheat oven to 400F.

3. In a large bowl, combine the starter with 3 cups of bread flour, 1 packet of active dry yeast, 1/2 cup of water and 1 tbsp of sunflower oil. To make it easier to knead the dough, you can add the flour in piecemeal. Knead dough for at least 5 minutes.

4. Add dough to a greased glass baking dish and make sure it is evenly spread.

5. Add 1 tbsp of sunflower oil to a small bowl and brush the top of the dough with it.

6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until dough has a golden crust and is completely cooked through.

7. Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!
