Easy Sriracha Tofu Recipe

Easy Sriracha Tofu

Total Time: 50 Minutes | Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Cook Time: 40 Minutes | Servings: 2

Ingredients
15oz of extra firm tofu
2 tbsp of potato starch
2 tsp of onion powder
2 tsp of paprika
1/4 tsp of ginger
1 tbsp of reduced sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup of sriracha

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.  Press tofu.

2. Add potato starch, onion powder, paprika and ginger to a bowl and mix well.  Add in soy sauce and sriracha and mix until well combined.

3. Crumble tofu into bowl and mix until well coated. 

4. Add tofu to baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, tossing after 20 minutes.  Remove from oven and let cool.

5. Serve and enjoy!
