Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower
3 cloves of garlic
1 and 1/2 cups of yellow onion
1/2 cup of nutritional yeast
1 lemon
3/4 cup of almond milk

Directions
1. Rinse 1 head of cauliflower and break into small florets.  Add to a steamer and cook for approximately 10 minutes, or until florets have fully softened.  Remove from heat and let cool.

2. Mince garlic and roughly chop onion.  Heat a frying pan to medium high heat and drizzle with a small amount of oil.  Add garlic and 1 and 1/2 cups of yellow onion to pan and saute for 10 minutes, or until onions have fully cooked through.  Remove from heat and set aside.

3. Once all veggies have cooled, add cauliflower, garlic and onion to a blender.  Add in nutritional yeast, juice of 1 lemon and almond milk.  Blend until smooth.

4. Add to your pasta and garnish with fresh herbs.  Serve and enjoy!
