Lemon Pepper Artichokes
Total Time: 20 Minutes | Prep Time: 15 Minutes | Cook Time: 15 Minutes | Servings: 2
10 artichokes (canned)
1 tsp of black pepper
1. Heat a medium sized frying pan to medium heat. Drizzle with oil.
2. Slice each artichoke in half and place into pan. Drizzle with the juice of 1 lemon and sprinkle with black pepper.
3. Cook for 15 minutes or until artichokes have begun to brown.
4. Serve immediately or allow to cool and portion into tupperware.
