Maple Pecan Overnight Oats

Total Time: 8 Hours And 10 Minutes | Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Passive Time: 8 Hours | Servings: 1

1/2 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/8 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1/4 cup of pecan pieces
Maple syrup for garnish

1. In a container, add rolled oats, almond milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup.  Mix well.

2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

3. When ready to serve, mix well and top with pecan pieces and maple syrup.

4. Serve and enjoy!
