Orange Teriyaki Artichokes
Total Time: 30 Minutes Prep Time: 10 Minutes Cook Time: 20 Minutes Servings: 5
42 oz of artichoke hearts (about 3 cans)
3 tbsps of teriyaki sauce
1.In a medium sized bowl, combine teriyaki sauce and the juice of 2 oranges. Whisk together and add in artichokes. Mix well so that artichokes are well coated. Let sit for 10 minutes.
2. Heat a large frying pan to medium heat. Add in artichokes and saute for approximately 20 minutes or until the artichokes have become slightly crunchy.
3. Let cool and portion into tupperware.
