Peanut Butter Chocolate Overnight Oats

Total Time: 8 Hours and 10 Minutes | Prep Time:15 Minutes | Passive Time: 8 Hours | Servings: 1

Ingredients
1/2 cup of almond milk
1 tsp of peanut butter
1/8 cup of vegan chocolate chips
1/2 cup of rolled oats
Optional:
Extra vegan chocolate chips for garnish

Directions
1. Melt 1/8 cup of vegan chocolate chips in a small pan on low heat.   

2. Add almond milk, peanut butter and melted chocolate to a bowl.  Mix well.

3. Mix in 1/2 cup of rolled oats.

4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

5. Optional: When ready to serve, garnish with extra chocolate chips and melted chocolate.  Serve and enjoy!
