Total Time: 8 Hours & 10 Minutes | Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Passive Time: 8 Hours | Servings: 1

1/2 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tbsp of maple syrup
Extra maple syrup to taste

1. Add rolled oats, pumpkin puree, almond milk, cinnamon, and maple syrup to a container and mix well.

2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

3. Optional: When ready to serve, top with extra maple syrup to taste.  Serve and enjoy!
