Vegan Apricot Summer Salad

1/2 cup of green leaf lettuce
2 tbsps of slivered almonds
1. Slice apricot into thin wedges, removing pits. Slice strawberries into thin wedges.
2. Shred lettuce and add to a bowl. Top with fresh fruit and slivered almonds.
3. Add your favorite vegan dressing and enjoy!
