Ingredients
15 oz of tofu
1/2 cup of water
3 tbsps of reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tsp of cumin
1 tbsp of turmeric
1 tsp of coriander
1/2 tsp of dried rosemary
1/2 tsp of black pepper

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

2. To press tofu, wrap tofu in a paper towel and place between two plates. Let sit for 10 minutes.

3 Add 1/2 cup of water and 3 tbsps of reduced sodium soy sauce to a loaf pan. Add in 15 oz of tofu (whole).

4. Sprinkle tofu with cumin, turmeric, coriander, dried rosemary and black pepper. Rub in mixture so that tofu is evenly coated.

5. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.

6. Let cool and serve and enjoy!
