Vegan Vanilla Overnight Oats

Total Time: 8 Hours and 10 Minutes | Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Passive Time: 8 Hours | Servings: 1

1/2 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of maple syrup
1 tbsp of almond slivers
1/2 tsp of chia seeds
Maple syrup to taste

1. In a bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, vanilla extract and 1 tsp of maple syrup. Mix well.

2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

3. When ready to serve, uncover and top with almond slivers, chia seeds and maple syrup.

4. Serve and enjoy!
