Total Time: 25 Minutes | Prep Time: 5 Minutes | Cook Time: 20 Minutes | Servings: 5

Ingredients
1/2 cup of cashews
1/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup of loosely packed parsley
1/2 tsp of garlic salt

Directions
1. Add 1/2 cup of cashews to a small sauce pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. Strain and let cool.

2. Once cooled, add cashews to a blender, along with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, parsley, and garlic salt. Blend until smooth.

3. Use as a dip for your favorite fries or enjoy on a vegan burger - and enjoy!
