Vegan Almond Flour Peanut Butter Cookies

Total Time: 30 Minutes | Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Cook Time: 20 Minutes | Servings: 6

Ingredients
1 cup of almond flour
3 tbsps of peanut butter
1 tsp of baking soda
1/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Combine almond flour, peanut butter, baking soda and almond milk in a bowl. Mix well.

3. Portion 1 tbsp of dough onto baking sheet. Repeat until all dough is used. Dough should yield 6 tbsps.

4. Bake for 20 minutes.

5. Let cool completely, serve and enjoy!
