Vegan Apple Crumble Recipe

Total Time: 55 Minutes | Prep Time: 15 Minutes | Cook Time: 40 Minutes | Servings: 6

Ingredients
6 apples (you can use any apples you prefer)
3/4 cup of coconut sugar
1/4 cup of water
1 cup of oat flour
1/4 cup of vegan butter

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375F.

2. Peel and slice apples into small pieces, removing the cores and seeds.  Heat a large frying pan to medium heat and add in apple pieces.  Add in 1/2 cup of coconut sugar and water.  Mix well and cook for approximately 20 minutes, or until the apples begin to soften and turn slightly brown.

3. While apples are cooking, add oat flour, 1/4 cup of coconut sugar and vegan butter to a bowl.  Mix until the oat flour becomes crumbly and has a bread crumb like texture.  

4. Once apples are done, carefully add the to a pie or casserole dish.  Sprinkle with oat flour crumble.

5. Bake for 20 minutes.  Remove from oven and let cool.

6. Serve and enjoy!
