Vegan Apple Pie Oatmeal

Total Time: 15 Minutes | Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Passive Time: 5 Minutes | Servings: 1

Ingredients
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tsp of maple syrup
1 granny smith apple
1 tbsp of pecans
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of brown sugar stevia

Directions
1. Add 1/2 cup of rolled oats and 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk to a bowl.

2. Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Let rest for 5 minutes.

3. Slice 1 granny smith apple into thin wedges. Set aside.

4. To make cinnamon sugar, combine 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and 1/2 tsp of brown sugar stevia in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.

5. When oats are ready, add 1 tsp of maple syrup to bowl and mix well. Top with apple slices, pecans and cinnamon sugar.

6. Serve and enjoy.
