Vegan Cauliflower Tacos

Total Time: 50 Minutes | Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Cook Time: 40 Minutes | Servings: 4

Ingredients
1 onion
2 bell pepper
1 head of cauliflower
1 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of chili powder
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
4 tortillas
2 limes

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400F.

2. Slice onion and bell pepper and add to a baking sheet. Add cauliflower and sprinkle with paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

3. Bake for 40 minutes, tossing after 20 minutes.

4. Remove from oven and let cool.

5. Once cooled, add to tortillas and drizzle with the juice of 2 limes. Serve and enjoy!
