Vegan Cheese Dip
Total Time: 25 Minutes | Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Cook Time: 15 Minutes | Servings: 8
Ingredients
1 small carrot
1 head of cauliflower
2 cups of vegan cheese
1 tsp of onion powder
1 chipolte pepper in adobo sauce
1/2 cup of almond milk
Directions
1. Roughly chop carrot and break cauliflower in small florets.
2. Add carrot and cauliflower to a steamer and cook for approximate 15 minutes, or until tender.
3. Once cooled, add veggies to a blender. Add in vegan cheese, onion power, chipolte pepper and almond milk. Blend until smooth.
4. Serve and enjoy!
