Vegan Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Total Time: 30 Minutes | Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Cook Time: 20 Minutes | Servings: 4

Ingredients
1 cup of all purpose flour
1/2 cup of stevia
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 cup of vegan chocolate chips
Optional:
2 tsps of vegan butter

Directions
1. In a bowl, combine all purpose flour, stevia, baking soda and almond milk. Mix well.

2. Add in vegan chocolate chips and fold into batter.

3. Heat a small frying pan to medium heat and add 1/2 tsp of vegan butter.

4. Portion approximately 3 tbsps of batter into pan and cook each side for 5 minutes, or until each side has browned and pancake is fully cooked through. Repeat until all batter is used. Batter should yield 4 pancakes.

5. Serve and enjoy!
